1st shift $18.00 per hour, plus additional $3.85/hr in profit share
Increase to $18.25 after 90 days
Increase to $18.50 after 6 months
Increase to $19.00 after 1 year

2nd and 3rd shift $19.50 per hour, plus additional $3.85/hr in profit share
Increase to $19.75 after 90 days
Increase to $20.00 after 6 months
Increase to $20.50 after 1 year

Mezz & Shipping Positions:

1st shift $17.50 per hour, plus additional $3.85/hr in profit share
Increase to $17.75 after 90 days
Increase to $18.00 after 6 months
Increase to $18.50 after 1 year

2nd and 3rd shift $19.00 per hour, plus additional $3.85/hr in profit share
Increase to $19.25 after 90 days
