Here at Cardinal we take safety very seriously! Last year, Cardinal IG became the 90th business (there are approximately 300,000 businesses that operate in Indiana) in the state to achieve Indiana OSHA’s highest certification – VPP Star!
What this means is that Cardinal IG is one of the safest places to work in Indiana and the US (less than 1% of all US businesses are VPP Star certified)! The goal is work cooperatively and proactively to prevent fatalities, injuries, and illnesses through a system focused on: hazard prevention and control; worksite analysis; training; and leadership commitment/employee involvement. Here at Cardinal IG, we recognize that at the end of the day, it’s just a job—one that is never worth getting hurt!
